Project Overview
Bermagui Constructions completed the flagship store for New Holland Publishers’ first retail outlet; ‘Spank’. With a timeline of ten weeks to ensure opening in time for Christmas trading the works were carried out within a busy operational Westfield Shopping Centre.
Procuring the design team and managing the design process Bermagui site managed and co-ordinated the fit-out preparing tender documentation for trade procurement and procurement of fixtures and fittings. All of this co-ordinated with Westfield design managers and local authorities to obtain approvals.
