PENRITH PANTHERS EXTERNAL GAMING AREA – COMMERCIAL BUILDING REFURBISHMENT

Bermagui Constructions was engaged to refurbish a poor performing outdoor gaming venue at Penrith Panthers Leagues Club for the Panthers Group.

The external gaming refurbishment required both a substantial face lift to the presentation of the space and a sophisticated services design solutions to ensure comfort level of the patrons. Our service design solution achieves a constant and controllable temperature and humidity was guarantee 100% outside air. We understand that there has been a substantial increase in revenue for the external gaming space following the refurbishment.

During the refurbishment the external gaming area continued to operate whilst the works were being carried out. Bermagui Constructions worked to strict time restrictions and out of hours works to allow the external gaming area to continue trading whilst works was carried out. Bermagui Constructions carried out the majority of the works on the gaming floor outside of club peak trading hours. The works were completed in to a strict timeframe to allow the club to continue to trade at maximum capacity without disruptions.
