Project Details
Over the past 20 years Jands Electrical Pty Ltd and Jands Productions Pty Ltd had out grown their premises at 40 Kent Rd Mascot.
Bermagui Constructions were engaged to facilitate their expansion requirements inclusive of the identification of a potential new site. Bermagui Constructions negotiate the purchase of the 7500m2 neighbouring site on Kent Rd. Bermagui Construction obtained Council Approval and Design and constructed the refurbishment of 34 – 38 Kent Rd.
The works included the removal of underground deisel storage tanks, demolition of existing structure, decontamination of the site, the construction of 5000m2 of new concrete pavement and the refurbishment of the existing factory ware house.
