Project Details
As part of the ongoing strategic development of the Macquarie University Compass a directive was to relocate the Human Resources Department into Building C5C. Bermagui Constructions completed this 2000m2 commercial fitout one month ahead of schedule. The scope of works comprised of;
- Complete strip out & demolition of interior walls
- New suspended ceilings, partitions, lighting, joinery, staff amenities & workstations
- New mechanical services
- Installation of state of the art communication systems for all workstations, desks and the board room
- Delivery & installation of loose furniture
The works were completed on a strict timeframe give the exam time table. The end result created an extremely pleasant working environment for the staff of the university.
