Project Overview
As part of the ongoing redevelopment of the Glenquarie Shopping Centre located in Macquarie Fields, Bermagui Constructions demolished the existing Commonwealth Bank tenancy and provided a warm shell for a new GO LO store.
We carried out structural modifications to remove existing columns to create clear open retail space, approx 800 m2 floor area, and installed supports for new roof mounted mechanical plant.
In addition we installed new shopfront doors, light weight walls, new floor and ceiling finishes, new joinery, modifications to and additional mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services.
