Enhancing our communities

Local Councils are recognising their obligation to enhance the nature and engagement of the local community by creating multipurpose facilities.

These multipurpose facilities are used for education, sporting, fitness and leisure, outreach and social justice programmes etc. Some of these projects are made achievable through funding programmes provided by Government Departments.

Notwithstanding the federal government financial support, the successful completion of these projects require a collaborative and close working relationship between the client and the builder. Bermagui Constructions has this track record.

Additionally Councils have to adopt a risk free position when they appoint a Building Contractor, Bermagui Constructions continued success as preferred tender is in no small part due to our financial strength and experience.
