Our commercial interiors capability is unlimited. We specialises in both new fitout and those undertaken within occupied commercial office spaces.

We work with our clients to ensure the operating needs of their business are maintained throughout construction as well as those of surrounding tenants, occupants and building owners. Our experience extends to commercial fitout, refurbishment and tenancy make-goods, Green Star and NABERS rating enhancements, adaptive re-use of heritage buildings.

The transformation of empty spaces into inspiring and productive environments designed by innovative architects and interiors designers is a core area of the Bermagui Constructions portfolio of works. The advantage that we offer clients is that we as building contractors are not limited to interiors. We are engaged to carry out structural modification and services augmentation as well as the fitout elements.

Our extensive pool of subcontractors, consultants and supplies allows our clients to be limited only by their imagination. We have access to 3D printing, artists, and tradespeople that have been able to create anything asked of them to date.
