Bermagui Constructions as preferred builder to Horizon Oil continued its relationship by securing the contract to design build and fit out the Horizon Oil PNG offices in Port Moresby.
Bermagui navigated the considerable logistical issues in completing this project on time and under budget. The process required acute management of the transporting of building materials and appropriately skilled labour from Sydney to Port Moresby and closely managing the transfer of these materials through Customs.
The end product was a very high standard office, undertaken by the strict application of a very simple design, constructed through the transfer of appropriate materials and procuring what local resources and labour could be used.
