88 – 100 Willarong Rd Caringbah “FJ Precision” houses the most sophisticated sheet metal manufacturing plant and equipment available. The 20,000m2 site has been developed over the past 20 years by two generations.
Given the advancement of the Building Code of Australia over this period the site was unable to satisfy the requirements of today standards. Bermagui Constructions with its consultant team developed engineered solutions and carried out substantial building modifications to bring the building up to current standards and beyond.
Our scope generally included the Design and Documentation, Authority Approval and the installation of all necessary building works even the removal of 5000m2 of asbestos roof sheeting.
